Signature Staging & Design Co. was born from a late-night phone call, a shared dream, and a garage full of ambition. Today, Patty and Marisol are living their passion: helping families transform spaces, sell homes faster, and fall back in love with their surroundings.

Growing up in a house full of five siblings, Patty (the oldest) and Marisol (the second) shared a bond filled with love, laughter, and plenty of spirited childhood battles. No matter how much they argued, they could never stay away from each other. As life moved forward, they naturally drifted apart—busy with careers, families, and responsibilities—but the bond they built as children never truly left their hearts.
Over time, they realized how much they missed each other. Life gave them an opportunity to reconnect, to stay connected, and to rebuild the special relationship they always had.
Their reconnection sparked more than memories; it reignited a shared passion that would lead to something bigger.
One day, Patty was asked to help stage a client’s home for sale. She didn’t own a staging company at the time, so she suggested the client buy some furniture for the project. That’s when Marisol, seeing her sister’s natural talent, encouraged her: “Why don’t you start your own staging company?”
That night, Patty called Marisol to talk about the idea. Without hesitation, Marisol said yes—not thinking about the juggling act it would take, balancing her life as a wife, mother, co-owner of a trucking company, and founder of her own jewelry business. Saying yes was easy—because design has always been her passion too.
Within a day, they were searching for furniture, creating a logo, and picking the name for what would become Signature Staging & Design Co. No grand business plan, no overthinking—just heart, hustle, and a shared dream. Their first inventory lived in a garage, and that’s where their dream officially began.
Today, Patty and Marisol are proud to help families reimagine their homes—whether to create a fresh start, boost a sale, or simply fall in love with their space all over again.

Throughout my life, family has been my greatest motivation, inspiring me to build a career rooted in service, creativity, and heart. As a proud mother of three, I have spent over 22 years helping clients find their perfect homes while discovering my own calling in the art of design.
From an early age, transforming spaces came naturally to me. Whether it was rearranging furniture or adding special touches to a room, I found joy in creating environments that felt welcoming and full of life. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping countless families not only purchase homes but bring their spaces to life with beauty and intention.
In addition to my real estate career, I have been a certified stager for over 15 years, combining an instinct for design with proven strategies that help homes sell faster and stand out in the market. Sometimes I wish I had photographed all the rooms and transformations I have crafted over time, each project holds a special memory and a unique story.

I’m a proud mother of three and a business owner with over a decade of experience running a trucking company alongside my husband. I’m also the solo owner of a jewelry business I founded five years ago, where I express my creativity through design. But my heart has always belonged to art and interiors. A year ago, I became a certified home stager, and today, through Signature Staging & Design Co., I’m living my dream, transforming homes through thoughtful and artful design.

Beyond my work in the trucking industry and jewelry business, creativity has always been at the core of who I am. Running a company with my husband for over ten years taught me the value of hard work and precision, but my love for design has been with me for as long as I can remember.
As a child, I loved transforming spaces, paying attention to every detail and finding ways to bring warmth and beauty into a home. Friends would often turn to me for advice when decorating, and I was always eager to help make their spaces feel more inviting and
complete. To me, design is a form of storytelling, an art that captures emotion and creates an experience within a space.
Five years ago, I channeled my passion into launching my own jewelry business, giving me an outlet to share my artistic vision through another medium. Still, I dreamed of expanding my love for interiors into something even bigger. That dream came true a year ago when I became a certified home stager.
